másá?

2019

Every summer between the ages 13-23 I worked in a cemetery mowing the grass, every now and then I felt the mowing was pointless, we worked from 8:00-17:00 mowing and raking the grass only to do the same the next day and the day after that and so on. We used gasoline driven lawn mowers in order to cut this organic material in order to keep things neat looking. The másá seedplanter is the opposite of a lawn mower, even though it bears the resemblance of one. During a workshop at LungA we fished this old lawn mower out of a dumpster, we took it apart and assembled it back together, putting an old gasoline bottle where the engine used to be. We filled the gasoline bottle with grass-seeds so now the mower seeds grass instead of cutting it.
